Shipping costs

Timing from order to doorstep

1. Processing, 3-5 business days: the order is received, confirmed, packed and labeled.
2. Tracking, within about 24 hours of confirmation: a shipping email with the tracking number.
3. Transit, 5-7 business days in the U.S.: by USPS or UPS.

International orders are processed in 3 to 7 business days and typically take 12 to 18 business days to arrive, depending on the country and customs.

Where it ships from

The maker's shipping policy names a Jetpack fulfillment center in Tallmadge, Ohio, at 285 Northeast Ave, Tallmadge, OH 44278. The same address is used for returns.

If a parcel is late or damaged

1. Check the tracking link first; most delays show up there.
2. No tracking after five business days? Email [email protected] with your order number.
3. Damaged jar or broken seal? Do not use it; photograph it and contact support.

Reorder timing

Because processing and transit together can take up to two weeks, reorder when you have about 10 to 14 scoops left. The calculator on the pricing page suggests a reorder date for each pack.
